Could it be because people can’t actually prove the value of attending your meetings? This session looks at ROI and ROO from the perspectives of meeting planners and meeting attendees. It will engage planners to think about ways to not only measure ROI and ROO for their meetings, but also how to provide their attendees with the means to justify their attendance for years to come.
Learning objectives: Identify technology tools that provide measurable figures to help you negotiate larger budgets, institute new programs, and showcase the value of your meetings.

Once you have registered for the meeting, be sure to print your registration confirmation and bring it with you to the meeting; having it is always a great back-up plan. If you did not receive your registration confirmation, contact amps@courtesyassoc.com.
Cancellations:
Don't be counted as a NO-SHOW! To cancel your registration, please contact the Registrar at AMPs@courtesyassoc.com no later than 5:00 pm on the Friday before the meeting. All no-shows will incur a $10 fee.
