Program: The 17 Secrets to a Successful Fundraising Golf Event, with Speaker Paul Courter
There are over 800,000 golf events in the U.S. each, all vying for Sponsorship dollars. In this economy, those sponsorship dollars are harder to find. Paul Courter, VP of the Golf Digest Planner, will present proven techniques for finding and closing sponsorships for golf event. Many of the strategies will apply to any event fundraising including why businesses sponsor, setting up the right sponsorship packages, integrating sponsorship opportunities with your other events, effective use of committees, how to generate free media sponsorships and more. Paul will use case studies from several events including one fundraising golf event that generated $1.2 million in net revenue and another that has generated a net $300k each year for the past 10 years. Once you have registered for the meeting, be sure to print your registration confirmation and bring it with you to the meeting; having it is always a great back-up plan. If you did not receive your registration confirmation, contact AMPs@courtesyassoc.com.
Cancellations:
Don't be counted as a NO-SHOW! To cancel your registration, please contact the Registrar at AMPs@courtesyassoc.com no later than 5:00 pm on the Friday before the meeting. All no-shows will incur a $10 fee.
