Roselle Foley, CMP - Chair
Roselle G. Foley, CMP, has been a member of the AMPs since 1994. She has served on the Program and Membership Committees; she has also served as a Board member and co-Chair of the Membership Committee. Roselle started her career in the association market in 1989 where she worked for the American Trucking Associations, American Boiler Manufacturers Association, and Water Environment Federation. She is currently Director of Meetings for the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) in Arlington, Virginia. She is currently responsible for program development, marketing and recruitment of exhibitors, overall meeting logistics and on-site management of their 2 annual meetings plus coordinating all activities for the board and committee meetings, workshops and training seminars.
Hank Roeder - Vice Chair
Hank Roeder is Vice President, Domestic and Global Operations for the National Business Travel Association. Hank is a 35 year veteran of the association industry. For the past 16 years he has directed Meetings and Convention activities as well as Membership and Internal Communications at NBTA. Most prominent in this area is NBTA’s Annual Convention and Trade Show which brings together over 6,300 buyers and providers of business travel products and services each year. The 2008 annual international convention and exposition will take place in Los Angeles, CA with attendees coming from over 33 countries around the world. In his current role, he is responsible for NBTA’s legislative activities at the federal level including NBTA’s Political Action Committee (NBTAPAC). He also oversees NBTA’s involvement in the global arena, having played a critical role in the association’s creation of the Paragon Partnership, a group of eleven aligned international business travel buyer associations. He works closely with NBTA’s international association components; NBTA Canada, NBTA Asia Pacific, NBTA Mexico and with NBTA’s Manager of European Operations. Hank is the association’s liaison to its Groups and Meetings Committee which has produced the heralded Strategic Meetings Management Program White Paper and continuing component contributions. Hank is an active member of ASAE, PCMA, and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Meetings Professionals based in Northern Virginia. Hank is a graduate of the University of Scranton and holds a Masters Degree in Broadcast/Film from the American University in Washington DC. He lives with his wife Terry in Vienna, VA. They have three children and are the proud grandparents of four boys and four girls.
Annemarie Selvitelli - Secretary
Annemarie Selvitelli was named Operations Director for ASFE in December 2005. In her position, Selvitelli is responsible for planning three annual conferences and the association’s monthly education seminars. She has been an AMPs member for 5 years and active on the Community Service committee. She holds a B.S. degree in Health Wellness from Buffalo State College.
Russell McKinnon, CAE - Treasurer
Russell F. McKinnon, CAE, is with Meeting Management Services. Before that, he spent ten years as the Director of Meetings & Events for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) of Arlington, Virginia. Russell obtained his CAE status in 1979 and received a Masters of Management Degree from the George Washington University in 1988. He served as the Assistant Executive Director of the Federal Bar Association for four years, and departed in 1977 to serve as CEO of the Automotive Dismantlers and Recyclers Association. Russell has served in a number of other corporate, foundation and association executive and board positions. He has been a member of AMPs since 1988 and served on the Golf Committee in 2003-2004.
Michelle Malloy, CMP/CAE - Immediate Past Chair
Michelle Malloy is the Director of Meetings for the National Association of Regulatory Utility and has been in the meeting planning arena for 17 years. She received her CMP in 1997. Since 1998 Michelle has used her spare time from planning meetings throughout the US, Eastern Europe and Southern Africa, she has been an exceptional volunteer teammate and leader of the AMPs organization. She also shares her skills and knowledge with PCMA and the ALHI Industry Advisory Council.
Cameron Curtis - Board Member
Cameron Curtis is the Manager of Meetings for the Association of American Medical Colleges. She started her meeting planning career with the Phi Beta Kappa Society in March of 2000. She has been an active member of AMPs since 2003 and has served as committee co-chair on the golf committee and is currently on the board. She holds a B.A. in Music Theater from Christopher Newport University .
Tom Dozier, CMP - Board Member
Tom Dozier, CMP has been a member of AMP’s for 4 years and has been working with AIM Meetings & Events, Inc. in Old Town Alexandria for 6 years. Currently Tom is a senior level Account Manager with a strong background in meeting logistics, sponsorship development, tradeshow management, site selection, database management, and golf tournament management. Tom graduated from Elon University in 2001 and obtained his CMP in 2006. He has had articles published in numerous industry publications.
Joan Greene - Board Member
Joan Greene has been a National Account Manager with Experient since 2006. Prior to that, she was with HelmsBriscoe for 9 years. She has also held Meeting Planning positions with National Industries for the Blind, National Governors’ Association and MCI Communications. Joan has been a member of AMPs since 1997 and has been an active member, as well as a past co-Chair, of the Community Services Committee. In 2006, she was the recipient of the AMPe Award for Meeting Professional of the Year.

Linda Minor, CMP - Board Member
Linda Minor is a Meetings Manager at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Linda has been at ACOG since May of 2005. Prior to ACOG, she worked at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and American Statistical Association (ASA). Linda received her Certificate in Events and Meeting Management from The George Washington University in June 2001 and received her CMP designation in 2006. She has been an AMPs member for seven years and has been on the Membership Committee for six years serving as the Co-Chair for three years.
Christine Nord - Board Member
Chris Nord has been a member of AMPs since April 2006 and has been part of the Hospitality Committee since that time. Chris is the Director of National Accounts of Hershey Resorts representing The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge in Pennsylvania. Her primary focus is on the national association market in the DC and Northern Virginia area as well as DC corporate. In total, she has been in the hospitality industry for 16 years.
Art Scanlon, CMP - Board Member
Arthur Scanlon is the Associate Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. He has achieved the Hyatt Masters Award, a company award for outstanding sales achievement. Prior to joining the Hyatt, he held various Director positions on local and national levels in the Virginia and Maryland area. In addition, to his 7 year membership in AMPS he holds memberships in PCMA, and GWSAE. A Certified Meeting Professional since 2005, Art has a Bachelors Degree in Food Service & Housing Administration from Penn State University. Other interests include volunteering for his church, skiing, hiking, running and supporting his son’s many activities.
